Circle Solutions Trainer for Student Well-being - Trainer Course

During the two-day training course, we explore how to embed Circle Solutions as a tool for wellbeing, ways in which to encourage others to become involved, and how to deal with challenges. We go through the Intro day step by step so that participants understand what is involved, how to plan their input, and feel confident in delivering the training to others. By the end of this two-day course, participants will: - Have explored how the ASPIRE principles underpin wellbeing across a school - Understood how social and emotional learning in Circle Solutions supports both student and teacher well-being - Have identified ways in which Circles might be introduced in their school, so this aligns with what teachers and parents want - Have discussed ways forward for their own settings - Have been through the checklist for what is needed for the training day - Have been through the facilitation checklist to maximise the sustainability of Circles. - Learnt about resources available to support SEL activities - Have detailed knowledge about delivering the theoretical, practical, and interactive elements of the Introductory day. - Had opportunities to ask questions Duration: 2 days Audience: Open to anyone who has taken the Introduction to Circle Solutions for social-emotional learning and wishes to be accredited to train others in their own schools. Number of participants: Limited to 10, as it is an intensive course Certificate: Each participant will be accredited to run their own Circles. Material: Each participant will receive a copy of Circle Solutions for Student Wellbeing 3rd Ed and material for their own Circles * Price for 10 participants, excluding travel and accommodation.
