Circle Solutions Trainer for Student Well-being - Trainer Course

The Circle Solutions Trainer Course offers a sustainable alternative by developing in-house expertise that embeds Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) across the whole school. This two-day training prepares selected members of your staff to confidently deliver the Introductory Circle Solutions training to colleagues. Rather than depending on external providers, your school builds a team of skilled facilitators who understand both the theory and the pedagogy, and who can support consistent practice over time. Throughout the course, your teachers explore how the ASPIRE principles (Agency, Safety, Positivity, Inclusion, Respect, Equity) underpin wellbeing, behaviour, and classroom culture. They examine how Circle Solutions supports both student and teacher mental health, strengthens emotional resilience, and builds positive relationships. Your teachers work through the Introductory Day step by step, learning how to plan, deliver, and evaluate training, anticipate challenges, and support colleagues in running effective Circles.
