About this programme

Teachers need opportunities to remain curious, learn from one another and explore new ideas throughout their careers. This programme examines how school culture and everyday professional learning can encourage openness, reflection and continued development. Consider what helps or hinders curiosity in your setting and identify manageable ways to strengthen a supportive learning culture for colleagues.
