Hello everyone,

On Tuesday night, we had a truly inspiring masterclass with Ali Ezzeddine on the theme:

What does it really mean to be a lifelong learner? ✨

We had educators joining us from many different countries, which created such rich and meaningful discussions. Throughout the session, teachers reflected together, shared experiences from their own classrooms, collaborated in breakout rooms, and explored what lifelong learning really looks like in practice.

One idea that stayed with many participants was this:

🍀 Lifelong learning is not about having all the answers.

🍀 It is about remaining curious, reflective, open-minded, and willing to continue growing.

Ali shared 5 important reminders for educators:

1️⃣ Stay curious

2️⃣ Set personal learning goals

3️⃣ Use the resources around you

4️⃣ Learn with and from others

5️⃣ Reflect and adapt continuously

What made this session especially powerful was not only the content, but also the interaction between educators from different educational systems, cultures, and teaching experiences. These conversations are exactly why our InTA community matter.

We would love to continue the discussion here in the group:

➡️ What does lifelong learning mean to you personally as an educator?

➡️ Which of the 5 ideas resonated with you the most?

➡️ How do you model lifelong learning for your students?

A huge thank you again to Ali Ezzeddine for such an engaging and energising masterclass, and thank you to all of you who joined us.
