Hi, I am Dunja
Educational leader, teacher educator, and founder of Innovating Teachers Academy (InTA).
I spent many years working alongside teachers and supporting teaching and learning in international education.
Throughout that work, one principle remained central: assessment should help us understand learning, not simply produce a grade.
I believe AI can help us design stronger assessments, interpret evidence of learning and provide more useful feedback, but the teacher's professional judgment must remain at the centre of the process.
